Bob Dylan's 1976 album "Hard Rain" may be the most overlooked and under appreciated album in his cannon. Comprised of live versions of his songs recorded on the second leg of the Rolling Thunder Review, it finds Dylan near his live best. A few of the songs were taped for a live NBC broadcast. Here is an example, my favorite version of Shelter From the Storm recorded and taped on May 23, 1976 at Fort Collins, Colorado:
